Through anti-racism education and diversity and inclusion workshops, panel discussions, awareness initiatives, and collaborative activities, we aim to encourage learning, connection, and positive community engagement. In February 2026, The Inclusion Initiative Association (TINIA) hosted a Black History Month educational workshop focused on celebrating Black achievement while addressing the realities of anti-Black racism. Through presentations, discussions, and interactive activities, participants explored the experiences and contributions of Black communities and engaged in meaningful conversations on equity, inclusion, and social change.
